Shipments in extreme weather conditions

DELBALTICO.LV informs that due to adverse weather conditions, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control can sometimes affect the delivery service by third-party companies such as DPD pick up point or Venipak, for this it could influence at the time of shipment.

Extreme temperatures, humidity and other climatic conditions can endanger the packaging and the product inside, which is why DELBALTICO.LV offers for an additional price thermal packaging for certain products in certain temperatures below zero. Similarly DELBALTICO.LV is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions and the customer assumes the risk of shipping the product.

Delivery with DPD Pick up point parcel machine:

 

The DELBALTICO.LV store makes shipments with the DPD Pick up point service. Delivery to the DPD parcel machine is only possible in the case of prepayment (online with debit or credit card, paypal or bank transfer). When you have placed your order, select the nearest parcel machine. You will receive an email from our page with the tracking number when your order is on its way and later you will receive from DPD the opening code to the phone number specified at check out. When you receive the SMS message. You will have 7 days of storage of your order. If you do not take your order before the end of the storage period, the order will be returned to the DELBALTICO.LV store. Can be re-sent after additional shipping costs.

Delivery with Omniva parcel machine:

 

The DELBALTICO.LV store makes shipments with Omniva´s service. Delivery to the Omniva´s parcel machine is only possible in the case of prepayment (online with debit or credit card, paypal or bank transfer). When you have placed your order, select the nearest parcel machine. You will receive an email from our page with the tracking number when your order is on its way and later you will receive from Omniva the opening code to the phone number specified at check out.
